Sue Steel

Trustee

Dr. Sue Steel is a founding member, Trustee & past President of OSPREY.

As a clinical scientist she became involved in the field of Osteoporosis in 1989. Sue played a key role in the development of the Centre for Metabolic Bone Disease, now based at Hull Royal Infirmary.

Following her retirement in 2014 she was elected to the East Riding Council. As a member of the Well-being Overview & Scrutiny committee she continues to take a keen interest in the provision of local health services, particularly those concerned with Osteoporosis.

In her spare time Sue enjoys gardening, taking her dog for long walks & entertaining friends.
